Indications & Uses

Advanced-stage Hodgkin Lymphoma (German Hodgkin Study Group protocol).

Contraindications

Severe lung disease, elderly patients (>60 years) due to excessive toxicity.

Side Effects & Warnings

Profound myelosuppression, severe infection risk, secondary myelodysplasia/AML, pulmonary toxicity, infertility.
