Indications & Uses

Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) and High-Risk Castration-Sensitive Prostate Cancer in combination with prednisone.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any formulation excipients.

Side Effects & Warnings

Mineralocorticoid excess (hypertension, hypokalemia, fluid retention), hepatotoxicity, adrenocortical insufficiency.

Drug & Dietary Interactions

Caution with strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers; review concurrent medications.
