Indications & Uses

Relapsed or refractory B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Large B-cell Lymphoma, Mantle Cell Lymphoma, or Multiple Myeloma.

Contraindications

Severe active uncontrolled infection or inflammatory disorder.

Side Effects & Warnings

Cytokine release syndrome (CRS), immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS), prolonged cytopenias, hypogammaglobulinemia, infections.

Drug & Dietary Interactions

Caution with strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers; review concurrent medications.
