Indications & Uses
Metastatic colorectal cancer, non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer, glioblastoma multiforme, metastatic renal cell carcinoma, persistent or recurrent cervical cancer, and epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.
Contraindications
None with approved oncology indications.
Side Effects & Warnings
Gastrointestinal perforations, surgery and wound healing complications, severe hemorrhage, arterial thromboembolic events, hypertension, and proteinuria.
Drug & Dietary Interactions
No formal drug interaction studies; increased risk of microangiopathic hemolytic anemia with sunitinib malate.
