Indications & Uses
HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced, metastatic, or high-risk early Breast Cancer.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any formulation excipients.
Side Effects & Warnings
Neutropenia, leukopenia, diarrhea (prominent with abemaciclib), fatigue, infections, interstitial lung disease.
Drug & Dietary Interactions
Strong CYP3A inhibitors increase exposure; monitor complete blood counts.
