Indications & Uses

HER2-overexpressing Breast Cancer, metastatic Gastric Cancer, and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any formulation excipients.

Side Effects & Warnings

Cardiomyopathy (decreased left ventricular ejection fraction), infusion reactions, diarrhea, fatigue.

Drug & Dietary Interactions

Caution with strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers; review concurrent medications.
