Indications & Uses

Induction chemotherapy for Locally Advanced Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck (SCCHN).

Contraindications

Poor functional status, significant baseline renal dysfunction (CrCl < 60 mL/min).

Side Effects & Warnings

High risk of febrile neutropenia, mucositis, diarrhea, nephrotoxicity, hearing loss.
