Indications & Uses
Advanced melanoma, metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, malignant pleural mesothelioma, advanced renal cell carcinoma, classical Hodgkin lymphoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, urothelial carcinoma, and MSI-H/dMMR metastatic colorectal cancer.
Contraindications
Severe hypersensitivity to nivolumab or formulation components.
Side Effects & Warnings
Fatigue, rash, musculoskeletal pain, pruritus, diarrhea, nausea, cough, and immune-mediated adverse reactions in lungs, colon, liver, and endocrine glands.
Drug & Dietary Interactions
Immunosuppressive therapies may interfere with the pharmacodynamic activity of nivolumab.
