Indications & Uses

Myelofibrosis, Polycythemia Vera, and acute/chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease (GVHD).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any formulation excipients.

Side Effects & Warnings

Thrombocytopenia, anemia, non-melanoma skin cancers, lipid elevations, viral infections.

Drug & Dietary Interactions
