Indications & Uses

Relapsed or refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma prior to autologous stem cell transplantation.

Contraindications

Severe renal impairment, lack of bladder protection with mesna.

Side Effects & Warnings

Severe myelosuppression, hemorrhagic cystitis risk, encephalopathy (ifosfamide), nephrotoxicity.
