Indications & Uses

Adjuvant and metastatic treatment of postmenopausal women with Hormone Receptor-positive Breast Cancer.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any formulation excipients.

Side Effects & Warnings

Arthralgias, bone loss/osteopenia, fractures, hot flashes, fatigue, hypercholesterolemia.

Drug & Dietary Interactions

Caution with strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers; review concurrent medications.
