Indications & Uses

Disseminated non-seminomatous testicular cancer and ovarian germ cell neoplasms.

Contraindications

Severe renal or pulmonary insufficiency.

Side Effects & Warnings

Pulmonary fibrosis, nephrotoxicity, ototoxicity, severe nausea and vomiting.
