Indications & Uses

Induction treatment of newly diagnosed Multiple Myeloma eligible for autologous stem cell transplant.

Contraindications

Severe acute pulmonary or pericardial disease; pre-existing grade 3+ peripheral neuropathy.

Side Effects & Warnings

Peripheral neuropathy, thrombocytopenia, reactivation of herpes zoster, cardiotoxicity, steroid-related insomnia.
