Indications & Uses
Treatment of adult patients with hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer in combination with an aromatase inhibitor or fulvestrant.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to palbociclib or any product components.
Side Effects & Warnings
Neutropenia, leukopenia, fatigue, infections, epistaxis, anemia, stomatitis, alopecia, diarrhea, thrombocytopenia, and nausea.
Drug & Dietary Interactions
Strong CYP3A inhibitors (ketoconazole, clarithromycin) increase palbociclib exposure; strong CYP3A inducers (rifampin, St. John's wort) decrease exposure.

FDA Approved NDA 207103. Monitor complete blood count prior to start and at beginning of each 28-day cycle.
