KRAS G12C-mutated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and advanced Colorectal Cancer.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any formulation excipients.

Hepatotoxicity, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, interstitial lung disease.
