Indications & Uses

ALK-positive and ROS1-positive metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any formulation excipients.

Side Effects & Warnings

Hepatotoxicity, vision disorders, interstitial lung disease, bradycardia, cognitive/mood effects (lorlatinib).

Drug & Dietary Interactions

Caution with strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers; review concurrent medications.
