Indications & Uses
BRAF V600E/K mutation-positive Melanoma, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer, and Colorectal Cancer.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any formulation excipients.
Side Effects & Warnings
Pyrexia, rash, cardiomyopathy, ocular toxicities (retinal detachment), secondary skin malignancies, arthralgias.
Drug & Dietary Interactions
Caution with strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers; review concurrent medications.
