Indications & Uses
Relapsed or refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma and Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma prior to autologous stem cell transplant.
Contraindications
Severe pre-existing renal failure, compromised urinary outflow.
Side Effects & Warnings
Severe pancytopenia, hemorrhagic cystitis, central neurotoxicity (ifosfamide encephalopathy), nephrotoxicity.
