Indications & Uses
Adult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), Burkitt Lymphoma, and Mantle Cell Lymphoma.
Contraindications
Severe renal failure, baseline uncontrolled bacterial or fungal sepsis.
Side Effects & Warnings
Profound myelosuppression, mucositis, neurotoxicity, renal failure from methotrexate, opportunist infections.
