Indications & Uses
Brain Tumors (Glioblastoma, Astrocytoma), Multiple Myeloma, Lymphomas, Leukemias, Sarcomas, and conditioning regimens.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any formulation excipients.
Side Effects & Warnings
Myelosuppression, secondary leukemias, hemorrhagic cystitis (ifosfamide/cyclophosphamide), pulmonary fibrosis, nausea.
Drug & Dietary Interactions
Caution with strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers; review concurrent medications.
