Indications & Uses
HER2-positive or HER2-low metastatic Breast Cancer, HER2-mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, and Gastric Adenocarcinoma.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to active ingredient or any formulation excipients.
Side Effects & Warnings
Interstitial lung disease (ILD) / pneumonitis, neutropenia, nausea, alopecia, fatigue, left ventricular dysfunction.
Drug & Dietary Interactions
