Indications & Uses

Adjuvant and neoadjuvant treatment of early-stage and locally advanced Breast Cancer.

Contraindications

Severe myocardial insufficiency, recent myocardial infarction, baseline LVEF < 50%.

Side Effects & Warnings

Alopecia, nausea/vomiting, myelosuppression, cardiotoxicity, secondary leukemias, hemorrhagic cystitis.
