Indications & Uses
KRAS wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) in combination with chemotherapy or as a single agent; locally or regionally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (SCCHN) in combination with radiation.
Contraindications
None.
Side Effects & Warnings
Infusion-related reactions, cardiopulmonary arrest, dermatologic toxicity (acneiform rash), hypomagnesemia, and paronychia.
Drug & Dietary Interactions
Increased incidence of severe diarrhea when combined with fluoropyrimidines and irinotecan.
