Indications & Uses

Locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC), and unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma in combination with bevacizumab.

Contraindications

None.

Side Effects & Warnings

Immune-mediated pneumonitis, hepatitis, colitis, endocrinopathies, dermatologic adverse reactions, infections, fatigue, nausea, and decreased appetite.

Drug & Dietary Interactions

Avoid systemic corticosteroids before initiating treatment unless used to manage immune-mediated adverse reactions.
