Indications & Uses
Adult patients with unresectable or metastatic HER2-positive breast cancer, HER2-low breast cancer, HER2-mutant metastatic NSCLC, and locally advanced or metastatic HER2-positive gastric adenocarcinoma.
Contraindications
None.
Side Effects & Warnings
Interstitial lung disease (ILD) / pneumonitis, neutropenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, nausea, fatigue, vomiting, alopecia, and decreased LVEF.
Drug & Dietary Interactions
No formal clinical drug interaction studies. Caution with other myelosuppressive and cardiotoxic agents.
