Indications & Uses
First-line treatment of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), and Endometrial Cancer.
Contraindications
Severe baseline bone marrow depression or history of severe hypersensitivity to platinum compounds or polyoxyethylated castor oil.
Side Effects & Warnings
Thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, peripheral sensory neuropathy, total alopecia, arthralgias/myalgias, hypersensitivity reactions.
