Indications & Uses

Adjuvant stage III Colon Cancer and first-line or metastatic Colorectal Cancer.

Contraindications

Known dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) deficiency, severe renal impairment (CrCl < 30 mL/min).

Side Effects & Warnings

Peripheral sensory neuropathy (cold-induced), hand-foot syndrome (palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia), diarrhea.
