Indications & Uses
Treatment of patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) and metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC).
Contraindications
Women who are or may become pregnant.
Side Effects & Warnings
Seizure, posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES), ischemic heart disease, falls, fractures, asthenia, back pain, and hot flushes.
Drug & Dietary Interactions
Strong CYP2C8 inhibitors (gemfibrozil) increase enzalutamide exposure; enzalutamide is a potent CYP3A4 inducer.
