Indications & Uses
Adult patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) / small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), Waldenström's macroglobulinemia, and chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) after failure of one or more lines of systemic therapy.
Contraindications
None.
Side Effects & Warnings
Hemorrhage, cardiac arrhythmias (atrial fibrillation, ventricular arrhythmia), hypertension, infections, cytopenias, second primary malignancies, and diarrhea.
Drug & Dietary Interactions
Avoid coadministration with strong CYP3A inhibitors or inducers; grapefruit products and Seville oranges must be avoided.
